Shipping & Delivery

We ship across Europe and to the United States. Orders are processed within 48 hours of placement (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery timelines begin from the date of dispatch.

We commit to delivering your order within the maximum delivery timeframes indicated below. If we are unable to deliver within the applicable period, we will inform you promptly and you may cancel your order for a full refund.

Delivery Options (Belgium)

We currently offer home delivery via courier. Due to the fragile and liquid nature of our products, this is presently our only delivery option.

We are actively working on adding parcel point collection and will update this page as soon as it becomes available.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, including the United Kingdom and the United States, local import duties, customs fees and taxes may apply. Such charges remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Parcels

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete or visibly altered, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@niets.co, together with photographic evidence where possible.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Bancontact.

Your preferred payment method can be selected securely at checkout.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

We want every order to meet your expectations. If it does not, the following conditions apply.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Belgian consumer law (Book VI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law) and Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason, subject to the exceptions listed below.

Withdrawal Period

You have 14 calendar days from the day after you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, physically receive the goods to notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us an unambiguous statement of your decision by email at hello@niets.co or by post to:

You may also use the model withdrawal form provided below, although this is not mandatory.

We will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal request without undue delay.

Returning the Goods

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods within 14 calendar days.

Products must be returned unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.

Opened consumable products, including opened bottles, cannot be returned unless the product is defective or non-conforming.

Unless otherwise agreed, the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer.

Refunds

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

If you expressly selected a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us, we are not required to reimburse any additional delivery costs.

Diminished Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery, including opened bottles.

For all other eligible products, the standard 14-day withdrawal right applies.

Legal Guarantee of Conformity

In accordance with Belgian law and Directive (EU) 2019/771, all products sold by Niets Distillery benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery.

If a product is defective or does not conform to the contract at the time of delivery, you are entitled to request repair or replacement free of charge.

If repair or replacement is impossible, disproportionate, or cannot be carried out within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to an appropriate price reduction or a full refund, in accordance with applicable law.

This legal guarantee applies independently of any commercial guarantee or voluntary return policy offered by Niets Spirits.

Trade & Professional Orders

For wholesale and professional accounts, orders are generally processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Deliveries to Belgium and Luxembourg are scheduled twice weekly throughout the year.
