Ingredients:

• 60ml Botaniets Original 0,0%
• 20ml Lemon Juice
• 20ml Sugar Syrup
• Top with soda water
• Garnish : thym sprig & lemon peel
• Glass : Highball
• Technique: Built on ice

Method:

1. Fill your Highball glass with Ice
2. Add all ingredients and top with soda water
3. Stir it gently
4. Garnish with lemon peel and thyme sprig
